Brief Answer:
Your hemoglobin is too low.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your hemoglobin is too low.
It can be due to bleeding or due to low production from bone marrow.
We have to search the cause.
You should go for occult blood test and ultrasound abdomen. It give you some idea about cause. Then take treatment accordingly.
Your other reports of vitamin B12 and thyroid are normal.
Hope I have answered your question.

Brief Answer:
Low hemoglobin can be due to heavy bleeding.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have heavy menstrual bleeding. You should go for ultrasound pelvis and if needed go for endometrial biopsy. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then take treatment accordingly.
Your symptoms of tiredness, dizinnes are due to low hemoglobin. So once it is cleared you feel better. For fast recovery you may take few units of blood transfusion.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.

Dear doctor,
I showed the reports to gynaecologist.she gave following cooments
1.endometrial biopsy to b done either by endoscopy or by giving anaesthesia.
2.once that report is obtained then will decide to go for
further step.in case needed will remove the utreus by open method or by endoscopy or if not needed will go for some harmonal pills.
3.For haemoglobin deficiency ,she gave following medicines
CoeHB plus for iron intake
FOL-XT for B12
Corcium for calcium
Which way should I prefer for endometrial biopsy??and in case suppose utreus removal to be carried out then which method to b followed open method or endoscopy (a new technique I guess ).
