Question : Hai

my wife is now 3months pregnancy.

In the blood test TSH is 0.09.

T4 n T3 r in the normal range.
Is there any risk to baby??

Good day. noted your question. It's common for TSH to go down in pregnancy especially in first three months. It's especially so if patient has vomiting , if using hcg injections, multiple pregnancy etc.
please get a Free T4 (FT4) and FT 3 test done. if that is normal, do not worry.
I recommend to meet an endocrinologist in person. he need to examine her neck. Where do you live. I can suggest name of an endocrinologist near by.
