Brief Answer:
hi i will recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir,
I did review your case.

CLL is usually managed in this way and treated only when there is a significant fall in hemoglobin or platelet count or symptoms. You can consult your surgeon for hemorrhoid treatment.
Kindly let me know your concern sir.
Wish you all the best sir.
Sincerely,
Dr parth desai

Brief Answer:
hi i would recommend following

Detailed Answer:
Deat sir,

I did review your concern. Obviously in this your gastroenterologist performing the colonscopy is probably the best person to help you but I do have few suggestions.

Have a light lunch and an even lighter meal on dinner before the procedure day. This helps many pts with a good bowel cleansing.
Have a low fiber diet just few days 2-3 days before procedure.
If you are using 4L of PEG solution which i know is not very comfortable unfortunately divide it in 2 doses, one on night before and other on morning of procedure.

I hope these tips help.
Unfortunately bowel preps is necessary evil.

Let me know if you have any other concern sir.

Sincerely,
Dr parth desai
