Question : I keep feeling fatigue and sleepy for around 2 months, in addition to feel some ( light ) pain in lower joint, and bones, then I did some blood tests, all are normal except
Ferritin serum: 519.5 ng/mL ( normal range is 30 - 400 )
Other related values are:
Iron serum : 62 ug/dL ( normal range 59 - 158 ) or 11.1 umol/L
Haemoglobin :171 g/L ( 140 - 180 )
Calcium : 9.76 mg/dL ( 8.8- 10.9 ) or 2.44 mmol/L
B12 : 820 pg/mL ( 200-1000 ) or 605 pmol/L
So what do you recommend me to do.

                                    Brief Answer:
Get your thyroid profile checked.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Ferritin is also an inflammatory marker. The first thing I would insist you to do is to get your fasting blood sugar as well as the thyroid profile checked. Low thyroid levels could give you such symptoms.
I would insist you to take small but frequent meals and to briskly walk regularly in the morning. It should help in boositing your energy levels.
Regards

                                    Thanks Dr. XXXXXXX
Actually TSH included in the test and it is 1.77uU/mL or 1.77mU/L
Normal range( 0.27 - 2.7 )
for the other part which is about diabetes, I checked diabetes before few months and it was 105 ( fasting ) not in the lab, I didn't repeat the check; should I ?
I noticed that, when I eat sweet ( sugar ) at night, I have better power in the morning, I didn't do that frequently, because I know sugar before sleeping in dangerous; does this means anything ?
What do you suggest me to check?
Thanks, XXXXXXX

                                    Brief Answer:
Exercise is the key
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
The given reports of TSH and fasting blood sugar would suffice.
The fact that eating sugar is energizing you suggests that your energy stores are not being mobilized properly. Thus even though energy stores are present, you are in crisis of energy. Properly orienting the power machinery to perform is the key. Regular morning walk (brisk) backed up with adequate exercise would help you out. Investigations would not help.
Take small but frequent meals. That will ensure a regular energy supply.
