Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Only the RBC counts and Hb are low

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have read the details. There is nothing much to worry.
The RBC counts are low and it is because your hemoglobin also is low however it only borderline reduced. Normal hemoglobin in a female ranges from 12 to 16 g/dl.
However mpv is within normal range. MPV is the average volume of platelets cells.
We can investigate the cause of low hemoglobin. It may be due to nutrient deficiency like iron deficiency, folate or B12 deficiency which are the most common causes. The following tests are required
Peripheral smear for the morphology,
Iron profile
Vitamin B12 and Folate levels
Please revert back with the reports

thanks and regards
