What Do My Blood Work Reports Indicate?

default
Posted on Mon, 3 Aug 2015
Question: looked at my blood work results online today. Everything was normal except my Absolute Eosinophils level. It was like 2000 and it should be less than 500. I looked it up and it says it's caused from a parasite, an allergy or leukemia. I won't know for sure what it is for 2 weeks till I go back to the doctor. What do u think?

Brief Answer:
Could be parasitic infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

As your absolute eosinophil count is 2000 you are most probably suffering from parasitic infection.

I would advise you to take a course of antihelminthic drug with your doctors advise

You are not suffering from leukemia
