Question : I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I recently had a 3 hour glucose test. these arethe results
fasting 85, 1 hour 142 2 hour 139 and 3 hour 147. according to this the 3 hour was elevated it was suppossed to be less than 139. Does that mean I have gdm?

No. You do not have GDM.

To be diagnosed as GDM, after a glucose tolerance test out of the four test levels at least two should be abnormally raised. In your case since only one level is raised- 3 hour levels- this cannot be labelled as GDM.
