Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
You have raised cholesterol, raised liver enzymes and uric acid, hypothyroidism, decreased levels of Vitamin B12 and D3.
It is not only the diet but other causes like genetic factors, lifestyle, age and gender and obesity which are responsible for high cholesterol.
You should incorporate the lifestyle modification measures like weight management and physical activity. In addition to the low fat low cholesterol diet, you should add more soluble fibre in your diet. Good sources of soluble fiber include oats, certain fruits (such as oranges and pears) and vegetables (such as brussels sprouts and carrots), and dried peas and beans.
For raised liver enzymes and uric acid, avoid all fatty foods and alcohol. Take a carbohydrate rich diet.
Proper supplement of thyroid hormone, Vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D3 are needed to combat the deficiencies. It is best to consult a physician for a thorough evaluation and prescription medicines needed.
I hope this answers your query.
