Brief Answer:
Seems like Allergy.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

ESR is a very non specific test . It can be elevated in a number of conditions from simple fever to cancer. So it has to be interpreted in view of your problems .

Breathlessness could be due to problems in heart, lungs, Kidneys or low blood . Mild accentuation in vascular markings can indicate an allergy problem. I recommend you to get Pulmonary function test and revert back .

You can ask for a prescription of bronchodilator medicine like Salbutamol and use it for few days.

As of now no need to do anything for ESR. Just repeat it after 1 month and if it is still elevated revert back to me.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
