Brief Answer:
You may have some liver disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your liver enzymes level are very high. It can be seen in some liver disease like hepatitis or it may be due to alcohol, drugs or toxin. You should go for complete liver function test including alkaline phosphatase, GGT and hepatitis profile. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Your HDL cholesterol level is very low and it is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease. You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. If needed you can take drugs like atorvastatin. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
