Yes mam, of course I can guide you to a certain diagnosis and help you with proper treatment if at all needed.
In case you don't have her blood work then can you tell me if her hemoglobin and WBC count was normal in these past reports?
And get a peripheral blood film in case you have not had any to see for morphology of the platelets.
But in general if her hemoglobin and WBC count is normal then no active treatment is needed as we don't take 90,000 count of platelets as very low count in case it stays above 50,000.
But in general she should avoid taking painkillers and aspirin.
Has she been to a hematologist so far? If yes, then I would like to see her prescription slip copy.
