What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Previously I have asked a question and you have answered it very well.

Now I got the popsmear test report, Please review the same.

Let me remind the question.

My Scanning Report (TVS) shows the following details.
Urinary Bladder: Empty
Cervix&Uterus: Anteverted 7.6X4.1X5cms, vol:82cc, normal in size, shape & echotexture. Endometrium 10mm.
Ovaries: RO: 3.6X2.5X3.1cms. Vol:15cc. Haemorrhagic cyst 2.4cms
LO: 2.2X1.5X2.1cms. Vol:4cc AFC: 1
Pouch of Douglas: No evidence of free fluid noted
Impression: Haemorrhagic cyst right.

Here is the popsmear report:

PAP-LBC-SurePath(for cervix and vaginal vault)(cell centrifugation, Staining & Micorscopy)
Cytology C15-2245

Specimen type: LBC

Clinical details: LMP-01/07/2015. Marital Status - 8 year. No. of Pregnancies-P2L2
C/o Pruritis premenstrual spotting

SPECIMEN ADEQUACY:
Satisfactory for evaluation with evidence oof endocervical cellular components.

INTERPRETATION:
Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy (NILM)

MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATIONS:
Smears contain intermediate and superficial cells.
Moderate inflammatory cells present.
Organisms not present.
Comments:
Correlate Clinically
