Question: Hello Sir,
I am D. Santra 29 Male weight 75 KG
My Gastroscopy
report Date: 20/07/2015
Scopist: XXXXXXX
Instrument: GIF Q150
Indication: Dyspepsia with transaminitis to R/O PUD/Varices
Sedation:Nil
Findings: Esophagus normal mucosa Z line and GE junction at 37 CM
diaphragmatic pinch at 39 CM/ no varices
stomach
fundus and body normal/No varices
Antrum Normal
Pylorus Normal
Duodenum
D1 single erosion less than 5 MM without surrounding
Erythema noted over anterior wall
D2 Normal
Impression: Duodenal erosion
negative for varices
Biopsy:Nil
Procedure: Rut Taken - Positive
Recommendation: In case of abdominal pain / Abdominal distension / blood
vomiting or black stools report to scopy room or W ward

isabgol husk powder Night time 2 teaspoon
yeastarday finished my antibiotic Clarithromycin and Amoxycillin
but currently on my mouth still few infection
recovered about 90%
Stomach not tested
so I deciding to continue more 4 days antibiotic Clarithromycin and Amoxycillin
I want to know
Is it currect decision?
if I continue then Amoxycillin antibiotic company change
previous Cadila Company Mokcan 500 and Mokcan 250
Now for 4 days I purchased
Ranbaxy Company MOX 500 + Cipla Company Novamox 250 DT
Clarithromycin same

like hand , leg and whole body weight feeling.

why this side effect much more today?

Similar symptoms in the family members can be due to similar food environment shared.Its better to get them evaluated through endoscopy,rather than starting empirical drug therapy.
The general recommended course for H pylori eradication is 21 days.
So you can continue drugs(antibiotics) for yet another week.
Omeprazole can be taken for 60 days.
It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to recover completely from H pylori associated Duodenal erosion.
Loose stool can be a side effect of these antibiotics.
To control this you can take Tab Dylock -LB one tab once or twice daily as needed after consulting your doctor.
Diet should predominantly consist of Protein and fiber rich food.
Completely avoid fried,fatty and spicy food.
Take Oatmeal,apples,eggs,pomegranate and chapathi/parotha.
Drink 3 liters of water a day.
Milk/curd should be regularly included in the diet.
