Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Your T3 is low while TSH is on the low normal side. I also see evidence of malarial parasite. Did you recently have malaria ? If so, thyroid function tests such as TSH and T3,T4 can look a certain way around the time of acute illnes. This does not represent a problem because people typically recover from it. However it must be rechecked after the illness has gone away, for example after 6 weeks of that. However if there was no infection/hospitalization/ surgery etc or if the laboratory results continue to look like this after the stressful episode has settled then it warrants further evaluation. When I see someone in my practice with this type of thyroid condition, I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination: CBC, Liver function tests, Kidney function tests , HbA1c, TSH, Free T4, Total T3, Total T4 , T3 resin uptake, Prolactin. Other tests may be necessary based on findings of physical examination such as 8 am serum cortisol, IGF1.
