Question: Hi Doctor, 
I have got my preventive health checkup done yesterday. Reports are attached. Few things seems to be out of desirable range. Request you to please suggest 

1. Whatever precautions I need to take considering my reports. 
2. Whatever medications can I take if required for any deficiency.

You require vitamin D supplements

Thanks for writing back with an update.

Page 1 Thyroid function test is normal

Page 2 Vitamin B12 is normal. There is vitamin D deficiency. Please discuss with your doctor and take vitamin D supplements.

Cholesterol levels are near normal and not a problem

Page 3 Liver function test is normal. Alanine amino Transferase (ALT / SGPT) shown mildly increased is not a problem

Kidney function test is normal

Page 4 Electrolytes are normal
Iron level is normal

Page 5 Diabetes monitoring is normal

Bone mineralisation and RA factor is normal

Page 6 Blood counts are normal

Page 7 Urine test is normal

Page 8 Fasting glucose is normal

In conclusion, you require to take vitamin D supplements for few months after consulting your doctor. Rest of the variables do not require any treatment.
