What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

default
Posted on Fri, 4 Mar 2016
Question: I never had any kidney disease or problem.

It was just in general checkup that this has been diagnosed and found.

The Values of Tests undergone in this regard are attached vide reports.

Urine output according to me is normal till now.

Local Doctor said it often occurs but nothing to worry,
maybe he is not competent enough on the subject.

Have not undergone any treatments TILL NOW.

My Questions:

- Is this dangerous.
- If it becomes big gradually what is the final treatment for it.
- Do I require any medication to shrink its size or maybe disaapear it.
- Are there any home or chinese remedies or medicines.
- What should i do to take care of it & how urgent is the issue for me.
- AND LASTLY why did I at all have this suddenly.

With Regards

Brief Answer:
no need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and have gone through the attached reports.

Let me answer your queries one by one.

First fatty mild infiltration in pancreas is clinically not significant, you need not to worry about it.

Small cortical cyst in kidney is not the big problem as it is completely non-dangerous and there is no need of any urgent treatment.

Mostly it is detected during routine health check up examination in many patients.

Since you are not having any urinay problems and all other kidney reports are normal then I will not be personally worried about it in my patients.

Also the fact, this kinds of small cyst remains asymptomatic and does not grow bigger. So at present there is no need of any treatment or no need to bother about it shrinkage. It usually disappears on its own.

However, for a safer side you may take nephrologist opinion but there is nothing serious and be rested.

Hope this helps.
