Question : I was having frequent gas and acute stomach pain. Day before yesterday I got one such acute pain and had to see a doctor. I was admitted for treatment but soon was asked to move to a bigger hospital. Reports attached. How bad is my condition as per these reports what might be root cause.

As per the reports of elevated serum amylase and lipase, you are most probable suffering from Pancreatitis.
This is a serious disease and needs a Specialized care, investigations and treatment.
You should get shifted to a higher center preferably run by a Gastroenterologist or where there is in-house Gastroenterologist with CT scan and MRI facilities.
