What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I am suffering from fever from last 2 nights (100-101.6°F). Blood test appears normal attached is the report. also undergone the X ray which says " bilateral hila appear prominent with few fibro- calcific foci within it." attached is the x ray photo and report. I am a bit tensed please let me know the way forward.
