Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post and seeing your reports, it is clear that your lipid profile is slightly deranged along with a slight increase in SGPT.
It will be more helpful if you mention your blood pressure and heart rate readings.
Also get yourself investigated for :-
1. Thyroid profile.
2. ECG.
3. 2D Echocardiography.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined by your doctor.
Since your reports are not significantly raised, I would advise for first going for lifestyle changes and dietary restrictions.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1. Avoid oily foods.
2. Avoid sedentary habits.
3. Go for a minimum of 20-30 minutes daily exercise.
4. Avoid eating excess of sugar rich foods.
5. Eat fibre rich foods.
6. Eat almonds and walnuts(limited amounts).
I would suggest that you should follow the above mentioned precautions and get your blood tested again after 3 months to plan for adding drugs like Atorvastatin, if needed.
Please get back to us if you have further query.
Thank you.
