What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

HIV can be clearly ruled out; oral supplements or tablets can cause that
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I have gone through all your attached test results, out of which only your urobilinogen is raised, but all other parameters are normal and do not need any attention.
No, all the HIV tests you have taken and the time duration you have taken them at all indicate accurate results, so you should rest assured that you do not have HIV sir.
Raised urobilinogen does indicate a possible lived disease, but in your case if an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis can be conducted then it will provide us with good insight on the liver status.
Your other liver enzymes show normal values, which means your liver should be normal but either way go ahead with an ultrasound examination. Any medications you are on can cause the urobilinogen to be raised as well, as can the vitamins you are on sir.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.

Could be another STD; also read up on GERD
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
You should go ahead with an STD-panel if you haven't already undergone this, there could be a possibility of another sexually transmitted infection, other than HIV that is.
The abdominal pain and burping could be attributed to a gastrointestinal condition, possibly acid reflux caused by a condition like gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and will require a complete blood count, 24-hour acid pH monitoring, and a consultation with a gastroenterologist. But this could be completely irrelevant to the possible STD. I would also recommend psychiatric counseling to help you cope with the stress of it all sir, I know it can get overwhelming.
Please write back to me with any questions you have, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
