Question : Hello Doctor,
My Father in law had loose motions for 20 days which cured only four days back. However, the Doctor whom he visited regularly suspected an internal kidney and urinal problem due to prolonged loose motion. So he suggested few reports to be done which I am attaching along with this query.
I need your expertise and help with the reports and educate us if you see anything alarming in it.
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
compromising kidney functions
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Your doctor was spot and could predict that the kidney function was dimnishing. It was seen on Serum creatining and rising BUN levels. There is urinary infection as well according to the report.
The definitive test to confirm the diagnosis can be done by a Nephrologist. You should see one now.
You should take care of your father in law.
