What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question : Hello Doctor,
I am a 29 year old , suffering with PCOD since last 3-4 years. Also my pap smear test was normal when PCOD was diagnosed. Its
been 3 years into our marriage and since last year same time we started planning for pregnancy.
After follicular monitoring for almost 15 days, I had a failed IUI in October 2015 after which my gynaecologist suggested me
to try naturally. But since there were no positive results and also my monthly cycle is quite irregular due to PCOD; she
suggested couple of tests including Endometrial Biopsy and hystero salpingo graphy (HSG) test.
Though the HSG showed everything normal, but the MTBC test using PAMP was POSITIVE - indicating latent TB as per my gynae.
TO confirm the findings further, I had a second histopathological slide review (without MTBC test) of the block from Quest and
it didnot indicate any such thing.
Now, I am in dilemma like whether to start with my TB medication or not; since I am not sure id I am required to be treated
for this or not.
I am enclosing both my reports here for your reference.
Please guide me with your suggestions.
Eagerly awaiting for your response.
Thanking you.
Sincerely,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Take TB treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about infertility.
Considering your duration of infertility, it is better to take AKT treatment against TB.
Though other report shows no TB it is advisable to AKT.
I hope your husband's semen analysis is normal.
Let me know if you need anymore help.

Thank you Sir.
what is the duration for which I need to take AKT treatment ?
And could it be the only reason of infertility ? ... since I donot have any other symptoms for TB.

Brief Answer:
6 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Duration of AKT is around 6 months.
It is better to take AKT though there are no symptoms. Cannot be sure to say if it is only reason for infertility.
Alternatively you can try one cycle of IVF before AKT.
