Question : This question is for Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX She was in touch with me about a month back on the same problem.
Dear Dr. XXXXXXX
This refers to our previous discussion regarding my periods. You had advised a USG. I am in the process of doing the same. I have done my CBC and thyroid. I am attaching the reports. Can you please let me know on this. The reports do have some anomalies in it. I have attached the reports. Let me know if you are unable to see it. I will reattach it again

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, good to talk to you again.
Yes dear I can see all the reports and they are all fine.
Now all I need for your further management is an ultrasound report.
Get that done and according to that we will discuss further management.

Thanks a lot doctor for your response. But in the CBC report, few of the parameters are out of range. Also in the thyroid report there is some suggestion given by the pathologist. So what is that doctor. Also there is an alert mentioned as Eosinophillia in CBC report
Brief Answer:
All important parameters are normal
Detailed Answer:
All important parameters are in normal limits and others which are marked in bold are not important and are transient usually.
There is nothing to worry about them and will be fine if other important parameters stay well.
Eosinophils are definitely raised which are not usually in this range but these are raised in patients prone to allergies and also seen in changing seasons many a times.
All in all nothing to worry, just relax.
