Question : hello doctor,

I am 28 year old. nwadays i am facing so many problems like lower limbs pain specially in heels and itching, hair loss and brittle hair .dot like hard acne on face and hair growth on all body. I have done my full body check up. we are also planning for baby for last 8 to 9 months . but not succed...not able to conceive.please go through the attached reports and suggest the right way. I am gaining weight and have increased fat level around belly and thighs all of sudden. I am taking homeopathy medicine for psoriasis for last 3 to 4 years..now its almost good but medicines are continue. please suggest

Thyroid hormone deranged

Detailed Answer:
I have seen all the test reports and glad to inform that all are well within normal limits except Thyroid function tests as TSH is high for conception desiring female.
So ask her to take tablet thyroxine 25 ug daily and try for natural conception.
As far as acne is concerned wash your face daily at least 3 times a day and apply clindamycin ointment on pimples twice a day and see the response.
In case pimples don't respond then visit a dermatologist for prescription if oral antibiotics as I usually give doxycycline which is a prescription drug.
