Brief Answer:
Repeat semen analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about infertility.

Your husband's semen analysis shows low sperm count.

I suggest you repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory in your town before deciding further treatment.

If semen analysis is again same, it is advisable to go ahead with IVF as natural pregnancy is difficult with low count of 10 million per ml.

Thanks for your reply doctor.

Please explain the possibility of success with IVF/IUI.

as I am also having PCOS. What all treatments/medications I have to take to take to treat PCOS?

In my current situation... can we directly opt for IVF? any other tests needed? What would be approx cost for it?

Brief Answer:
You can try IVF

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

IVF has success rate of about 50 percent depending upon different IVF centres.

PCOS will not go away completely. This will stay. But this is not a problem to conceive. You can try IVF. IUI has low success rate about 15 % only.

IVF costs between 1 to 2 lakh depending upon different IVF centres.

You can directly opt for IVF without anymore tests.
