Brief Answer:
Reports suggestive of vitamin D and iron deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to HCM
I have gone through the reports and it shows significantly decreased ferritin level and decreased level of iron and vitamin D.

Decreased ferritin indicates decreased stored iron and it is the earliest marker of iron deficiency.
Similarly vitamin D level is low while calcium level is normal.
Most common cause of iron and vitamin D deficiency is nutritional deficiency(decreased oral intake in diet).
I wont get overly worried as both iron and vitamin D deficiency is in early stage(in severe deficiency there should be associated severe iron and calcium deficiency).Diet rich in vitamin D and iron should be given like milk, green vegetables,meat/egg(if non vegetarian).
Supplementation of vitamin D and iron is needed in such condition.
I suggest you to consult your pediatrician for supplementation.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards
