Brief Answer:
Diet modification
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I did no get the reports attached second time. I got the old one opened.
I have gone through all the reports.
Increase ALT can either indicate mild liver damage or consumption of a fatty meal few hours prior to the test.
Considering your weight, I would suspect mild liver damage in the form of fatty liver could be the actual problem here.
Diet modification is the best way to get the readings to normal. Low fat, low spice diet is what advisable. SUch diet for a minimum of 3 months will reverse the condition.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Please do ask if any doubts.
