Question : Dear Doctor, this is a followup question which you replied a month ago:
I had an condom protected vaginal sex with an unknown CSW 39 days ago. On 39 Days, got tested and results were for HIV 1/2 antibody + p24 (CLIA) non reactive. RPR non reactive (carbon flocculation), TPHA negative, HBsAG surface antigen (CLIA), Hepatitis C non reactive (CLIA), Herpes IgG for both 1 and 2 non reactive (CLIA). Just before the test was taking levofloxacin and loratidine for some acute ear infection.
Now yesterday at 70 days (10 week), I checked HIV, HBsAG and and Hepatitis C by Immunochormatography method, which came back negative too.
What would be your comment about the entire thing. Any herpes will test after 12 weeks. Does touching of breast and tummy is a risk factor STD?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Touching is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to me.

Your lab tests undoubtedly look good to me and there is no possibility of you carrying Hiv, Syphilis, Hepatitis C or Hepatitis B due to the above mentined sexual act.
You can screen for Hsv at 12 weeks by HSV type 1 & 2 ELISA (IgG), and that would be conclusive.
STDs are only transmitted by sexual contact i.e vaginal, anal or oral sex. Touching skin poses no risk of STD's.
