Question : I had a colonposcopy and endoscopy on Fri and I m having a very rough recovery. I didn't pas all the gas and had server cramps with violent shakes. Each has day been better but not perfect. I also had extreme shakes Fri.
I was a heavy drinker and I went of on Thursday.

Hi,

You are reporting to have had colonoscopy on Friday and you are feeling gas and bloating.
These symptoms are normal after colonoscopy procedure.
It will take a couple of days since your bowel movement get in normal.

Otherwise you are reporting to have been a heavy drinker.
If you are not using alcohol these days your symptoms may be related with craving syndrome.
This is why in such cases in clinical practise we recommend to decrease alcohol amount too slowly.

You can use simethicone meantime to avoid your symptoms.
