Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxx, Welcome back,

1. LDL is a part of bad cholesterol in the body, your LDL is just borderline high, this can be controlled with dietary and lifestyle modifications..

Avoid junk foods in any forms.. no excessive deep fried/ fast foods strictly..

Include fresh green leafy vegetables in your daily diet.. have a bowl of salad every day (throw in some small chunks of anti-oxidant containing foods like black olives, red onions, red tomatoes, olives, spinach, dry roasted pumpkin seeds, almonds, sesame seeds, mushrooms, chickpeas, red beats, carrots and garnish with small amount olive oil and oregano and/ yogurt - have it daily, you can throw in some seasonal fruits chopping into small sizes too)..

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of packaged fruit juices..

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of packaged fruit juices..

- Try to snack healthy instead of junk foods, have a handful of high zinc & antioxidant containing foods eg. cashew, almonds, raisins, pistachio, dry roasted/boiled chickpeas, yogurt daily..

-Start daily work-outs for 30-45min (Pref. in a GYM under trained professional guidance)

2. Uric acid is a metabolite of some specific metabolism in human body(purine metabolism).. your uric acid is in the higher ranges..it can increase under stressful situations, some dietary factor (eg. excessive sugar/high fructose intake, high intake of dietary purine i.e. red-meats mainly organ meats like liver, kidney etc.,lentils, alcohol,sea-foods etc.), certain drug induced, some body metabolisms, genetical factors and several other reasons..

-Drink plenty of water throughout the day(at least 2.5 ltr) to remain well hydrated and it'll help to flush out the metabolites too..

High uric acid in long term can predispose one to gout, arthritis like disorders as well as increased risk for developing kidney stones and several other conditions..

Just try to find out which is the probable cause in your case first, once determined, simply avoid them in the first place..if unable to determine, then just schedule an appointment with an Internal Medicine specialist for a clinical check-up along with the full reports of your preventive health check-up, where it'll be identified and managed accordingly..

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, let me know if there's any doubt..

Brief Answer:
yes you can..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxx, Welcome back,
Thanks for following up,

Yes, protein source is specifically important at this phase. Eggs, chicken as a white meat carry good source of protein and certainly can be taken(in moderation)..

Chapati in moderation can also be taken (try to have them made from whole wheat/multi grain instead of regular wheat/flour)..

Brief Answer:
follow-up consultation..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxx, Welcome back,

Yes, both of them are fine, however, the sugar released control atta is mainly recommended for people diagnosed with diabetes as it helps in keeping the blood sugar levels within limit (otherwise in normal healthy adults, some proper source of carbohydrates are needed)..there are good Dietitian's available in this forum, so you can seek out to the dietitians/nutritionists by putting up all your queries in another question thread regarding these..

No, it's neither recommended nor safe to reuse the deep fried oils..

Hope this is clear now, as I see this is the final follow-up in this thread, kindly open up another query in case you're having any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
