What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Doctor, Hope you remembered me. The tests which we did are: HIV 1, 2 antibody, VDRL, HCV, HBSAG, CUE, CBP, TSH, RBS and blood group. Not sure if all of this are required or not. Also doctor said after 6 weeks they will do scan and will confirm how the baby is progressing. Attaching the reports and let me know your views.

One more doubt doctor. Can we both have sex during pregnancy or we have to avoid it completely. Some of friends said yes and some no so wanted to check. Also if yes is there any precautions we have to take.
