Brief Answer:
You have anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your hemoglobin is low. It suggest anemia. That leads to weakness. It can be due to iron deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, blood loss or other causes. You should go for anemia profile. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Go for anemia profile test that includes peripheral smear examination, reticulocytes count, iron level, ferritin level and vitamin B12 level.

Your total and differential wbc count is normal.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
