My sister has some issues in her back. I have attached pics reports.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The reports are suggestive of nerve root compression probably due to disc prolapse.
The right modality for disc prolapse investigation is MRI.
The treatment advised is adequate at this moment and drug dosage to be increased gradually based on response.
Physiotherapy under guidance should be started once pain is relieved.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting crossed leg or squatting.
