Brief Answer:
As per the reports, there's Recurrent colon cancer stage 4.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
I have gone through attached reports. Abdominal CT clearly says that your mom has a large intestine recurrent cancer with some spread in the abdominal cavity. She is after partial colon removal due to primary colon cancer, I guess.
She has also partial bowels obstruction which can be the main source of the abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea and constipation.
She definitely should have a colonoscopy done and CEA, CA 19-9 markers checked. Another surgery to fix the obstruction seems necessary as well as chemotherapy.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
A year or two.
Detailed Answer:
It is very hard to tell how much time does she have. Generally this type of cancer grows slowly. It may be a year or two.
Her situation is very serious. But the treatment can extend her life.
