What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?

Question: 16 weeks pregnant... TSH is 1.45.. Free T4 is 7.75pmol/L...so my TSH range came normal ..but FT4 came low...will it effect my babies growth????should I concern..

TSH levels if normal then other values are not much of a value.
Get total t3 and t4 levels instead because free hormone levels come deranged because of natural water retaining capacity of body during pregnancy.
All in all nothing to worry.

Ok thank you doctor...is it necessary to check my TSH level frequently every one or two months throughout my pregnancy????...as my levels are normal from the day of confirmation of pregnancy....

Repeat testing only once

No dear, no need for repeat testing.
Just get it checked once again after 6-8 weeks with total t3 and t4 levels.
Most likely everything will be normal only.
