Brief Answer:
Will answer one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.

1) Your vitamin D (10.45) and vitamin B12 (171) values are low and becuase of which your homocysteine level has come elevated.

So, you will require correction of vitamin D and B12.

You can take vitamin D3 cholecalciferol (brand name: Uprise D3) in sachets or forms 5000 IU per day or 60,000 IU once weekly.

The major cause of vitamin D deficiency is lack of proper sun exposure,so apart from medical treatment, you should have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM for 10 to 15 minutes daily.

For vitamin B12 correction,it would be advisable to take initially vitamin B12 injection (1500 mcg) once weekly or injection Vitcofol (containing 500 mcg Vit b12) every alternative day for 3 weeks followed by vitamin B12 tablets.

You may consult your family doctor or GP who will know about it.

2) Here your SGPT (94),SGOT (44) and GGT (71) will be considered as a clinically normal despite they are marginally elevated (depending upon the lab variations) and it would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual.

I would not be personally worried about it, since all these are tests highly sensitive liver function tests and they might get easily elevated even with fatty meal or even mild alcohol intake.

Alkaline phosphatase value (146) is completely normal.

3) Your total serum cholesterol (220),VLDL cholesterol (68.06) and serum triglycerides (340) are elevated but HDL cholesterol 45 is within normal limits.

Here are the foods to control your cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

1. Avoid oily foods, especially deep fried.
2. Take lot of fiber diet, this lowers your cholesterol absorption.
3. Oilve oil is much better than coconut oil and palm oil.
4. Avoid junk and fast food like pizzas, burgers, pastas, etc

But only dietary measures won’t going to help much, Please engage in brisk walking, or cycling for at least 30 min a day but avoid heavy or strenuous exercises.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
