Question : On a HIV-1/O/2 Ag/Ab (4th Generation Test) HIV 1 Ab tested Reactive, Flag A, and Non Reactive under Range. What does that mean?

I've been with the same partner for 12 yrs, and neither he or I have been with anyone else. He tested negative.

If both of you have single partner and your HIV 1 Ab is positive then your partner should also go for HIV testing to confirm the status again.
Positive antibody test must be reconfirmed as per guidelines with western blot or RNA PCR. You can also get antibody test again after 3 months of last exposure to get 100% conclusive report.
