PH UA 10/21/14 5.5 3/31/16 5.0 4/4/16 5.0 4/9/16 6.0 4/21/16 7.0

The above are the negative results, He is presently on Zoledex and has a spa of .01
He has no pain, no urinary problems, no bloating, "NO SYMPTOMS" except for these
tests which concern me. His Dr is following up with an Ultra Sound of the Kidneys, and a Cystoscopy.

What should we be asking the Dr. What could these increases mean? Are there any other tests we should be asking for.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
increased blood and WBCs in the urine

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

Your husband has a history of prostate cancer and is currently on HRT but his recent urine tests show a increase in RBCs and WBCs. This could be related to a bladder infection but with no signs of infection this would be less likely. He is scheduled for a cystoscopy which will get an overall look inside his bladder. The extra blood could be absolutely nothing to possible kidney issues like a kidney stone high in the kidney. I would recommend waiting until the cystoscopy and ultrasound is complete to see where to go next. If they are normal then a CT scan of the kidney would be the next approach.
