What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?

Question: i m daibatic my lab report shows fasting is 196 and pp is 250 and semen report. Shows 25 mil cc and 15 percent motility kindly advice any medicine

I understand your concerns about low sperm motility.

All sperm parameters are good except for reduced Motility.

Please follow the advice I am writing below :

1) Get your sugars under control Asap. Your sugars are very high and might lead to problems. See a physician immediately.

2) If you are overweight, please lose weight.

3) Wear loose pants and undergarments.

3) Exercise regularly and have low calorie balanced diet.

4) Stop smoking and alcohol if you have habits.

5) Medicines are not required as of now.

Sir no medecine is req as per attact report can i go for ivf with my sperm only

No medicines are required. You can try IVF directly with your sperms .

Infact you can try couple of IUI cycles with your sperms before trying IVF.
