Brief Answer:
you need to get investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

Now from your descriptions and these reports, it's appearing as Acute Viral Hepatitis and it needs detailed evaluation..

So please share the complete liver function test reports and all the viral serological markers which have been done so far..

Don't worry as in acute stage, the liver enzymes does get elevated even up to thousands as well as bilirubin and with supportive treatment it gradually comes down over a period of 2 to even 4 weeks..

Please note that severity varies from person to person and response to medications also varies accordingly..

Please let me know what all medications are you taking so that I can guide you more specifically..

Meanwhile you must take bed-rest as much as possible..

In view of severe itching and rising bilirubin, You can discuss with your treating doctor regarding UDCA treatment(Tab Ursocol, if not started already)..

Apply lactocalamine lotion over the body it'll help in soothing ..

It's very important that you must drink a lot of water(at least 3-3.5 ltr per day, only mineral/ U.V.R.O purified), as it'll fasten the process of recovery..

Please let me know the above mentioned details so that I can guide you more specifically..

Awaiting your response..

Kind Regards
