Around 1 month
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query at HealthcareMagic.
I have seen your reports. The titer is not very high to be of worry. It is just 1:80. I would like to know your symptoms before I comment further.
Mostly typhoid fever infection comes down by 6-7 day of antibiotic. Diarhea and pain abdomen is gone by 2-3 weeks of start of antibiotics. The weakness of typhoid fever is recovered by 1 month.
Hope it helps.

                                    Brief Answer:
Mild typhoid
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Your typhoid seems a very mild case, not many symptoms.
I usually advise soft and nutritious diet during typhoid fever and atleast for 1 month after typhoid. The diet has to be easily digestible like khichdi, soft roti mashed in curry of sabzi, nicely mashed rice, mashed fruit, milk, etc
I also advise against non-vegetarian food during this period. The reason is that non-vegetarian food may have been handled by a vendor that may be a carrier of typhoid. It may also have been washed in water contaminated with the typhoid germs. Especially fish needs to be avoided.
Raw food like salad and other raw vegetables should be avoided as the intestines are sore. Nutritious food and fruit should be taken.
You should thoroughly wash hands before and after taking food. You should not prepare your own food during this period to avoid contamination from your own germs.
Last but not least, clean drinking water and fluids are must. Avoid iced drinks from local vendors. Water preferably be low tds - less than 20 ppm.
Hope it helps.
