Question : My father who is 62 has got dengue and is on the 7th day today, while the platelate has increased back from 48 k to 75 k, sgot is 275 U/L and sgpt is 150 U/l serum caratine is 0.9 mg/dl is it a cause for concern ?

Thank you for query.
i understand your concern. Your father's creatinine is within normal limits.
SGOT and SGPT are elevated which indicates liver infections,gall bladder stones and bile duct obstruction
Get an Ultrasound abdomen and complete liver function test done, only then we can come to a conclusion.
