What Do My Semen Analysis Test Results Indicate?

Question: My semen analysis shows: Sperm Concentration = 58 millions/ml, liquefaction time = below 30 mins, Reaction = Alkaline, Volume = 3.6 ml , ph=7.6 Motility : Progressive = 20% Non Prgressive = 25% Non motile = 55%, Morphology : Normal = 25%, Abnormal - 75%, pin head = 15 %, Tail defect =15%Other findings : Pus Cells 10-15/HPF, RBC s 2- 3/hpf . Pl advice the above given results are normal. Thk u.

Whether my above mentioned semen analysis is able to get a woman pregnant or need to improve .. its any very big disease can cure some what please suggest any medicines..
i have searched and got some informations about my report it seems sperm agglutination .. can u please clear me and help for peaceful future for me..

You have semen infection that needs to be treated. Thus us not a big disease and can easily be cured.

Semen infection leads to agglutination. This will be resolved once you treat infection.

Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done as suggested earlier.
