What Do My Sonography And Blood Work Test Reports Indicate?

Question: i had a sonogram done with blood work and was told I have a fatty liver, my ldl was 134, and hdl was 59 with triclerides of 143 my blood sugar was 115 fasting, I'm scared as i don't know what this means, had my gallbladder taken out 1 year and half ago

1. Your LDL level is at borderline range,HDL and triglicerids are within normal range.
2. Your sugar level is within normal range to.
3. You are reporting to have fatty liver that may be due to obsity or alcohol abuse.

Based on these data I would like to make the following suggestions in order to lower LDL cholesterol levels and to improve fatty liver disease:
- eat a healthy diet with fresh vegetables and fruits, poor in animal fats and diary.
- quit drinking alcohol
- increase physical activity
- add omega 3 fish oil supplements and CoQ10 in order to your diet
- add hepato protector pills ( Legalon ) to your therapy.
