Brief Answer:
The left kidney and spleen are likely normalin size

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Going by the picture showing your left kidney and spleen, both the structures look normal in length to the extent visualised.

2. A kidney length is taken normal if it is 80 to 120 mm and the longest axis of spleen is usually less than 130 mm in measurement. The measurements need to be made with scales in the machine.

3. There is no visible stone or abnormality in the left kidney in the picture given. The blood flow in the left kidney is normal and in the spleen hilum there is vascularity which is normal.

In conclusion your left kidney and spleen is normal in appearace in the given picture. The right kidney picture is not enclosed.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
