Brief Answer:
Possible B12 deficiency with dyslipidemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have completely worked through the attached reports.

The elevated CRP and homocysteine may point to underlying deficiency of Vitamin B12.Hence, It is advisable to test for the same.

With regards to altered lipid profile, strict diet and exercise program is warranted for 6 weeks before proceeding to medical management with cholesterol controlling pills.

With regards to isolated elevated serum lipase, there is no significance unless it is accompanied by pain abdomen and digestive issues which may indicate a pancreatic disorder.

Cessation of smoking and alcohol if any will largely help to normalize these lab parameters.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
