Brief Answer:
You can increase the dose slightly

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.

While on treatment your TSH has to be below 3. Her TSH is slightly elevated. So you can increase the dose to 62.5 mcg.( available as Thyronorm 62.5 or you can take 50 and 75 mcg alternate days)

The weight may come down by increasing the thyroid medications. You can continue with diet and exercise. If it is not coming down consult an Endocrinologist who will evaluate her for other causes like diabetes, cushings disease etc.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.

Regards
Dr Ajish TP
