Brief Answer:
Please specify the diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking!

I read your query and understood your concern.
The ranges of TSH and thyroglobuline differ dipending on the diagnosis.

If you have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer and have done total thyroidectomy, please specify how many years have passed from the intervention and attach the last thyroglobuline level ( prior to this that you have reported) and the last whole body scan.

If you ha Hashimoto thyroiditis than there is nothing to worry about, continue with the actual dose of levothyroxine.
Will be a pleasure to answer the follow up question after the above results.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
