Brief Answer:
Follow the advice as below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) According to your ultrasound scan report, it is suggestive of Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease. However, size and volume of ovaries are within NORMAL range.

2) You should continue Thyronorm and Metformin medicines along with cyclic Regestrone pill to regularize monthly period. This is the basic treatment in your case. It should be continued for at least 3-6 cycles.

3) In addition, you have to control or lose body weight by exercise and diet. You can consult a Nutritionist and get a tailored diet chart made according to your food preference and activity levels.

You should consume a limited / restricted calorie diet with lots of fruits, veggies, water, soups, salads and proteins. Do walking for 30 min, jogging, cycling, treadmill etc for weight reduction.

Avoid processed food, carbohydrates, oil, ghee, sugar, excessive salt, coffee. You have to burn a fixed number of calories daily (at least 500 Kcal), 5 days a week and eating less than 1500 calories (depending on your activity levels ). You should see a healthy sustained weight loss of around 0.5 - 1 kg per week.

4) Be stress free by regular yoga or meditation, maintain your genital hygiene properly and take sound sleep. These will surely help to regularize your cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
