Brief Answer:
Everything is just fine sir, nothing to worry about :)

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Let me explain each aspect of your query separately so you can best understand the results sir:

+A mildly heterogenous liver: This means, there is a very minimal amount of change noted in your liver, change different from normal, but nothing significant enough to report, and the change can simply be age-related

+Without definable masses: No growths, tumors, masses, etc; were noted.

+AST 38: Normal values are about 10-40 u/L; which means your values are normal

+ALT 52: Normal values range between 7-56 u/L; which also means your value is normal

So in conclusion, there is absolutely nothing to worry about sir as your results are perfectly normal, and the only mild change observed can be concluded to be age-related and nothing significant at all; most certainly not anything to cause concern.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any further information, clarification, guidance or help as I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
